Learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite his best efforts petitioner has not contacted him, therefore, he is not in a position to cause appearance of the petitioner in the Court and to pay a sum of Rs.2500/- as cost which was imposed vide order dated 11.5.2018. Vide last order dated 11.5.2018 it was observed that in case of non compliance order dated 12.5.2017 shall stand vacated, therefore, such order is to be taken as vacated. Since counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to pay the cost imposed, the petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. (H.S.
