RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Punga Singh @ Sukhnath Singh in case FIR No.75 dated 11.05.2016 registered under Sections 452, 324, 323, 336, 148, 149 IPC (Sections 326 and 307 IPC added later on) at Police Station Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran. On instructions from ASI Balbir Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation as the parties have compromised. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 27.04.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
