The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of direction to respondent No. 2 to take appropriate action on the representation dated 04.01.2022 (Annexure P-4). Notice served upon the official respondent through the State's counsel. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied in case directions may be issued to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga to decide the representation dated 04.01.2022 (Annexure P-4) within time bound manner.

The prayer is not opposed.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of by issuing direction to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga to decide the representation dated 04.01.2022 (Annexure P-4) by passing a speaking order within ten working days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, the grievance of the petitioners still exists, they shall be at liberty to avail legal remedy in accordance with law including approaching this Court.
