(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurmukh Singh, Police Station Dhariwal, District Gurdaspur has made statement that consequent upon investigations, the police has found the accused detailed therein to be innocent and filed cancellation report in the competent court. However, the court has returned back the same for further investigations. Thus, nothing survives in the present petition and is disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
