(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the communication dated 01.03.2021 (Annexure P-11) by which she was informed that her request for admission to the B.A. LL.B. (Honours) 5 years integrated course has been rejected by the Board of Control of the university. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation dated 05.03.2021 (Annexure P-13) has been filed in this regard before the respondent-authorities.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-authorities on advance copy submits that they shall consider and pass a detailed order on the representation filed by the petitioner and communicate the same to her as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the respondent-authorities, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition which is disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter accept or reject the same in accordance with law.
