ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) On 20.01.2015, actual date notices were issued to the parties. As per the office report, the appellant is stated to have moved to some other place after selling the property. The respondent is also stated to have died. Both the counsel who had been appearing on behalf of the parties are also stated to have unfortunately passed away.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive the present appeal in case anything survives.
