!"# $ Allegations against the petitioner Sonu in this regular bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.160 dated 04.03.2015 registered at Police Station City Palwal under Sections 170/171/420/467/468/471 IPC are that on 04.03.2015 he was found to be wearing police uniform of National Security Guard (NSG) and on the basis of his statement has led to recovery of a blue coloured beacon light along with shoes and socks of NSG uniform. 04.03.2015 and that the investigation is likely to take long time to accomplish, could not be controverted by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ram Lal, Police Station City Palwal. Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the incarceration already undergone by the petitioner, impels this Court to allow bail to the petitioner in the present case. Accordingly, he is ordered to be released on regular bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
