(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to official respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of petitioner and her family from the hands of private respondent Nos. 4 to 9 and further to investigate the matter and take legal action against respondent Nos. 4 to 9. In this regard the petitioner has also approached the authorities by filing complaint dated 31.08.2017 (Annexure P-1) but till date no action has been taken by respondent No.2 on the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the complaint dated 31.08.2017 (Annexure P-1) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

Without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the complaint dated 31.08.2017 (Annexure P-1), within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and take necessary action in accordance with law.
