(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 115 dated 26.05.2018 under Sections 376, 506, 34 IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Zira, District Ferozepur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that in terms of the orders passed by this Court, the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has furnished his bail bonds which have been accepted.
