# Report dated 14.07.2015 of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rajpura has been received whereby after recording statements of complainant Rakshpal Kaur and Jasmit Kaur and the accused persons namely Malkit Singh and Sukhdev Kaur, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure.

%the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.139 dated 11.06.2010 registered at Police Station City Rajpura, District Patiala under Sections 498A/406/506/295/323 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
