***** KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Petitioner has moved this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for direction to the respondent-State to register criminal case against respondents No.5 & 6. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that representation/complaint dated 22.1.2022 (Annexure P-3) in this regard has also been moved before the concerned authorities, but no action has been taken as of now.

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 4 at this stage. Mr. Ankur Bali, APP, U.T. Chandigarh has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 4.

In the light of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
