Perusal of paragraph 4 of the reply reveals that respondents No.4 and 5 i.e. step father and mother of petitioner No.1 have got recorded their statements (R-4 and R-5) and stated that they have no objection in solemnizing the marriage by petitioner No.1 with petitioner No.2.
