******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.445 dated 12.06.2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 174-A of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station City Jind, District Jind.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case bearing FIR No. 801 dated 05.12.2011, registered at Police Station City Jind, the petitioner has been acquitted. Instant FIR No. 445 dated 12.06.2015 was registered as the petitioner was declared proclaimed offender in that case. Keeping in view above fact, the instant petition is allowed. Petitioner is directed to surrender before the police and join investigation within two weeks. In the event of his arrest being required, he shall be released on bail, subject to his furnishing bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer. In the event of petitioner not surrendering before the police within the stipulated period, this order allowing concession of bail to him shall stand withdrawn automatically.
