(ORAL) As per misconduct of the petitioner, he was not supposed to use the vehicle that too in the premises of the training centre. Even he was found driving the car in order to visit Karnal without seeking any permission of the Competent authority. Petitioner has been repatriated to his original place of posting and the examination has already been conducted on 03.03.2023 to 04.03.2023.

No ground is made out to interfere in this writ petition. Dismissed.
