(Oral) Pursuant to the last order dated 28.08.2024, learned counsel for the Commission has produced the petitioner's provisional result in a sealed cover which has been retained on record as Annexure 'A'. It shows that the petitioner has secured forty-one point zero six marks as EWS category candidate for the post of PGT Hindi (Mewat cadre) in response to advertisement 41/2023, whereas the last recommended candidate in the category has secured forty-one point eight three marks.

In view thereof, the petitioner cannot be considered for the post in question.
