In view of reply filed, no cause of action survives for pursuing the contempt petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is error in calculation of pension, liberty be granted to raise the issue with the respondent in accordance with law.

The contempt petition is disposed of as infructuous, with liberty as prayed for.
