NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this Criminal Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for directing respondents No. 1 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondents No. 6 to 11, who are extending threats to the petitioner. At the outset, on instructions from SHO/Inspector Maya, learned counsel for the State submits that on 08.03.2024, the petitioner had given an application before the SHO, Mahila Thana, Nuh, to the effect that she had lodged an FIR No. 458/2023 at Police Station Sadar, Nuh and wants to pursue her matter before the said Police Station and does not want to pursue her matter before Mahila Thana, Nuh. Perusal of the file shows that on the last date of hearing i.e. RISHU KATARIA 2024.08.05 19:52 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CRWP-2173-2024 -202.04.2024, the petitioner had gone un-represented. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, despite the case having been called twice.

In view of the above, no further direction is required to be issued in the present case.

The instant Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.

However, it is made clear that in case, anything survives in the present case, it is open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application for revival of the same within a period of 04 weeks from today, if so advised.
