This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to protect life and liberty of petitioners at the hands of respondent Nos.4 and 5 as well as to take action against them. 2.
A perusal of the petition transpires that there is a civil dispute between the parties. Since efficacious remedy is available to the petitioners, instant petition is not maintainable.
