ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 13.02.2023, when learned counsel for appellant stated that earlier counsel who filed the appeal expired and Registry was asked to issue notice to appellant. Needful has been done.

Issuance of fresh notice would be an exercise in futility, as neither there is any representation on behalf of appellants nor their complete and correct addresses are available on record.
