It is not in dispute that the final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been presented in FIR No.33 dated 27.04.2016 under Sections 307/325/323/ 294/148/149 IPC as well as DDR No.25 dated 28.05.2016 registered at Police Station Division No.8, Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail remedies as may be available to the petitioner. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned. ( LISA GILL ) May 15 , 2017.
