HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.59 dated 30.07.2016 under Sections 353,186,332 IPC registered at P.S City Rampura, District Bathinda.

Vide order dated 24.03.2021, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel states that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no longer required. In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 24.03.2021 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners, is made absolute. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
