(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance directions to respondents No. 1 to 4 to provide police protection to the petitioner and her agents and take all appropriate meansures to safeguard their lives, property of petitioner, from the hands of the private respondents and their associates and to take appropriate action on the representation (Annexure P-9). Learned counsel for the State based on the reply submits that there is no threat perception and there is a civil dispute pending between the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied in case directions may be issued to competent person to decide the representation 14.02.2022 (Annexure P-9) in a time bound manner. He further submits that he would not be pressing his prayer for protection to life and liberty at this stage with deserving liberty to come for the other prayer, if need arises. The prayer being innocuous is not opposed by the learned State counsel.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of by issuing direction to respondent No. 2- Deputy Commissioner, Panipat to decide representation 14.02.2022 (Annexure P-9) by passing a speaking and reasoned order within 07 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
