(Oral) The instant petition has been filed for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case bearing FIR No. 310 dated 30.11.2025 for offence(s) under Sections 21(C) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Anti Narcotics Force, District ANTF Wing, SAS Nagar (Mohali). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) inter alia contends that pursuant to the order dated 19.02.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner(s) has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required for investigation of the case.
