RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.392, dated 24.03.2019, under Sections 406, 420, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Shivaji Nagar Police Station Gurugram, Haryana. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court for redressal of her grievances.

Allowed as prayed for.
