******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.549 dated 14.10.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 420 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Faridabad Kotwali, District Faridabad.
Heard.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he had issued four cheques to the complainant, which were given in the bank for encashment. From the bank, petitioner had stolen those four cheques, which got dishonoured.

CRM-M-17763-2018 -2Keeping in view the above fact and conduct of the petitioner, I am of the considered opinion that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required in this case and I do not find any reason to exercise the discretionary power of this Court to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
This petition has no merits. Dismissed.
