The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to regularise his services.

The petitioner was appointed as daily wage worker on 03.11.1985. He was terminated on 03.06.1988. Labour Court ordered to reinstate him with continuity of service and back wages. He made representation on 31.08.1992 seeking regularisation as per 1993 Policy. 3.

There is nothing on record disclosing whether petitioner was regularised or not.
