Through this writ petition, the petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to fill up 3% posts of the total advertised posts from the physically handicapped category as per the Haryana Government Instructions dated 20.07.1995. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the total cadre strength of the cadre as well as the number of posts which fall in the reserved category have not been stated in the writ petition. He prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
