***** M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) Petitioner is alleged to have stolen one Buffalo and one Ox of the complainant on 12.07.2015. FIR was registered against him on 17.08.2015. Recoveries have already been effected. Petitioner has been in custody w.e.f. 27.02.2016. Petition is allowed. Petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
