(oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition seeking quashing of notice dated 27.10.2022 (Annexure P25) whereby, the respondents had demanded property tax, with liberty to approach the authority.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3/Municipal Corporation submits that he has no objection, if the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, is allowed.
