On the asking of the Court, Mr. Ashish Yadav, Additional A.G. Punjab, accepts notice.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Surjan Singh, Police Station Bilaspur, Yamuna Nagar, submits that out of total 12 witnesses, 9 have been examined and remaining 3 have been summoned for today itself, i.e. 26.5.2015. He further submits that since trial is about to conclude, present petition is liable to be dismissed.
