**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner seeking a fair investigation in FIR No. 617 dated 18.09.2016 under Section 304-B, 34, 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station City Rohtak.

Learned State counsel has filed reply of Ramesh Kumar, Dy. Superintendent of Police, Rohtak today in Court and argues that the petitioner herein has submitted an affidavit before the Investigating Officer that the complainant would have no objection in cancelling/quashing the FIR and on the basis of the affidavit received a cancellation report has been prepared and has been filed in Court.

In view of the above fact, no further orders are called for. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
