Mr. Swarn Singh Tiwana, Advocate, for the petitioners. **** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that FIR (Annexure P-1) has been registered against respondent No.6 under Sections 306 and 109 IPC. Threafter, she made false and frivolous complaints against the petitioners and all the abvoe-said complaints have been inquired by the different authorities and the report has been given in favour of the petitioners. Now, respondent No.6 has again moved a complaint No.3894 of 2016 (Annexure P-5) before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, just to harass the petitioners.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur (respondent No.4), to give four days prior notice to the petitioners while investigating the complaint No.3894 of 2016 (Annexure P-5).
