In the index of the petition, reliance was placed to the pendency on CWP-11377-2001, which has been disposed of on 23.05.2024 based on the decision of the Division Bench in Dr. D.S. Bhullar and others vs. Principal Secretary, Dept. of Health & Family Welfare and others, CWP-156612000, involving the same issue of withdrawal of increments without giving any opportunity of hearing, which were granted on the basis of higher qualifications.

Learned State counsel despite best efforts has been unable to dispute and resist the disposal of the petition in view thereof. 4.

The present petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
