*** Sudhir Mittal, J. (Oral) The petitioner has made a complaint against revenue officials to the Financial Commissioner who has sought a report thereupon. Allegedly, no further action has been taken against the revenue officials and, thus, this writ petition has been filed.

This Court does not exercise administrative control over the Financial Commissioner and thus relief claimed cannot be granted. If the petitioner feels that the Financial Commissioner is remiss in his duties, he can approach the concerned Minister but filing of writ petition is not the proper remedy.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
