RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 5 to conduct impartial investigation in FIR No.226, dated 16.12.2020, under Sections 323, 376, 377, 406, 498A, 506, 509, 511 and 34 IPC, Annexure P1, registered at Police Station Women NIT, Faridabad. Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and submits that investigation in this case is complete and challan is already presented on 01.02.2021.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to raise all the pleas taken herein, before the trial Court.
