NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to give appointments to the petitioners as Management Trainee in the respondent - Department as per the Reservation Policy of State Government as directed vide letter No.1/11/83-SWI/6239 dated 17.06.1983 issued by the Secretary to Government, Punjab Scheduled Caste and Backward Classes. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that despite her best efforts, she has not been able to get instructions from the petitioners.

In this view of the matter, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
