Without expression of any opinion regarding the authenticity and validity of the allegations levelled by the petitioner in the present petition, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Senior Police Authorities in case she has got any grievance regarding the investigation of the criminal case, which was registered on the basis of of dying declaration of daughter-in-law of the petitioner.
