RAJAN GUPTA J. (ORAL) Petitioner has prayed for a direction to quash the impugned notices dated 31.05.2019/04.06.2019 on the ground that he has not been given the details as to how the amount demanded from him has been calculated. Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Ankur Mittal, Addl. A.G. Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of official respondent(s). He submits that details regarding computation of the amount demanded from the petitioner shall be supplied to him within three weeks from today. Petitioner is satisfied with the aforesaid statement. In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed off.
