P.C. is for directing the Respondent No.2 to transfer the investigation of the FIR No.527 dated 22.12.2023 under Sections 328, 354-C, 376, 377, 506 of IPC registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar, Haryana (Annexure P-3), lodged by the petitioner to some higher police official at the rank of Superintendent of Police or some other Gazetted Officer.

At the outset, learned proxy counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.
