RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No.3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner as well as his family members at the hands of respondent No.5.
Learned State counsel submits that respondent No.5 had moved a complaint to the Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural), Ludhiana, with regard to usurping `2.50 lakh by the petitioner. For investigation of the same, petitioner was called after serving notice under Section 160 Cr.P.C. Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner malafidely to put undue pressure on the investigating officer.
