RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Petitioner No.2-Pooja who is present in court today, has been brought from Safe Home, Chandimandir, submits that she wants to live with her husband petitioner no1 Arun, who is now in jail. She does not want to go with her parents, i.e., respondent nos. 4 and 5. She has danger to her life from her parents as they may kill her. She wants to live with her real sisterin-law (sister of her husband-petitioner no.1 Arun) till her husband is in jail and thus, the protection granted to her vide order dated 12.5.2017 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench may be continued.

In view of the above submission of petitioner no.2 before this court, the application moved on behalf of respondent nos. 4 and 5, for vacating order dated 12.5.2017, granting protection to the petitioners, is hereby dismissed. Petitioner no.2 Pooja be taken to the Safe Home, Chandimandir, where she can express her willingness to go with the sister Virender Kumar 2017.07.26 17:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
