**** HARI PAL VERMA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for quashing of FIR No. 30 dated 29.1.2012, under Section 452, 323, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Sector-31, Chandigarh.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that during the pendency of the present petition, the matter has been compromised between the parties and he seeks withdrawal of the present petition, however, with liberty to file fresh one seeking quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise.
