H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) As per settlement arrived at between the parties before the Mediator, the present application is allowed. Resultantly, petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, having title 'Malkiat Singh vs. Reena' pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Malerkotla, is withdrawn from that Court and transferred to the Court of District Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib, for disposal in accordance with law. Learned District Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib may retain the same on his own Board or transfer it to any other Court of competent jurisdiction. Parties are directed to appear there on 24.9.2019. A copy of the order be sent to the Courts concerned, for information and necessary compliance.
