The present revision petition is under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondent No.1 to decide the petition under Section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 bearing No.GW-05-2022 titled as Narender Kumar Vs. Urvashi within a period of two months.

A perusal of the petition reveals that the application under the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 was filed on 15.03.2022. There is no ground for issuing any such directions as prayed for at this initial stage. The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
