Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the order dated 28.2.2012 (Annexure P-2) whereby he was declared a proclaimed offender.

Heard.

Petitioner was directed to surrender before the Trial Court vide order dated 26.8.2014 and the Trial Court was directed to release the petitioner on bail subject to its satisfaction. On 21.11.2014 and 2.12.2015, the case was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the petitioner was again directed to surrender before the Trial Court and the Trial Court was directed to release the petitioner on bail subject to its satisfaction. Crl. Misc. No. M-20911 of 2012 -2 - petitioner has failed to surrender before the Trial Court. By way of this petition, petitioner has challenged the order whereby he was declared a proclaimed offender. Since the petitioner has failed to surrender before the Trial Court for the last more than one year, no ground for interference by this Court is made out.

Dismissed.
