The parties i.e. appellant No.2, Mam Chand, and the respondent, Rohtas, are present in person. Appellant No.2 has been identified by his counsel and the respondent, Rohtas, having Aadhaar Card No.274819606693, has also been identified by his counsel. Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal in terms of the compromise dated 17.02.2023. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 states that he has no objection. In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
