**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 133 dated 2.5.2017 registered at Police Station A-Division, Amritsar under Sections 363, 366-A, 368, 376-D, 120-B IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is in custody since 31.7.2017 and the prosecutrix has not supported the prosecution version. Copy of the statement has been placed on record. Custody of the petitioner is over a year. The prosecutrix who was 18 years old has not supported the prosecution version. The main accused were Moti and Sajan.
