HARPREET SINGH BRAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this 2nd petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.140 dated 02.05.2024, registered under Section 22(c) of the NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Chhappar, District Yamuna Nagar. Learned State counsel, at the very outset, submits that this is the 2nd petition filed by the petitioner seeking regular bail and the 1st petition filed by the petitioner seeking the same relief was dismissed as withdrawn only on 13.11.2024 and the present petition has been filed without there being any substantial change in the circumstances. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
