(Oral) Present petition has filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking directions to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take legal action against respondent Nos.4 to 14 by registering criminal case against them. Upon notice, reply by way of an affidavit has been filed by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Palwal, on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 taking therein the stand thereby that an application (Annexure R-1) was made by the petitioner that she wants to marry Gourav but she has apprehension of danger from her parents. Before the Executive Magistrate, Palwal, she recorded her statement on which learned Executive Magistrate, Palwal, directed SHO Women Cell, to keep her in protection house Palwal and to produce her before the learned Illaqa Magistrate on 01.03.2016. CRM-M-17859-2016 -2she got recorded her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that she wants to marry with Gourav and wants to live with him. Thereafter, the petitioner had moved a complaint dated 20.04.2016 for getting FIR lodged against Gourav, Rahul and family members of Gourav. The said complaint was enquired into and the allegations were found to be false. Keeping in view the above-said facts, no further action is required to be taken in the present petition and the same is hereby dismissed accordingly.
