(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.117 dated 25.11.2013, registered at Police Station Sadar Gurdaspur, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 354, 506 and 34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been compromised between the parties.

In view of the above-said fact, order dated 30.05.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the Naresh Kumar 2017.03.18 10:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the

CRM-M-17860-2016 -2investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
